Which locations are excluded from delivery service?
Excluded areas: Sha Tau Kwok restricted area, Lok Ma Chau restricted area, Lo Wu restricted area, Po Toi Island, Tung Lung Island, Grass Island , Kat O, Tung Ping Chau, Macao, and outside of Hong Kong.
Can I change the delivery date of my purchase?
If you need to make any changes of delivery date, delivery time session or delivery address of your order, please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) before the date of delivery. If you need to change the pickup store location, please kindly inform us at least 2 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) before the pickup date.
Can you ship my online order to multiple designated addresses?
Currently we can only ship to a single address per order. For multiple addresses, you can use “My Collection” function to save products first and then place an additional order to a different address.
What delivery options are provided?

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, our delivery staff or carriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to register an account before shopping?
Yes, registration is required.
How do I check the stock availability for shopping online?
Customers are able to check stock availability on each product page. Items available to purchase online displays the "available to buy online" button. Please note that the stock listed under the ‘warehouse’ can be ordered through delivery.
Please note that there may be a small delay in updating the inventory numbers online and the final stock availability is subject to a final check by the system just before the payment stage.
Could I pre-order out-of-stock items?
We do not provide online pre-order service for out-of-stock items. However, you can use the “notify stock availability” function. All you will need to do is to input your e-mail address so that you will be the first to know when the product is back in stock!
What should I do if I need help when shopping online?
If you have any enquiries regarding shopping online, please email to us at Sales@businessmachine.com.hk We will reply within 3 business days.
Order Cancellation
Without prejudice to any other rights available in Terms, any order shall not be cancelled after payment has been made.
Defective Item
If you have received your items associated with the order concerned and find that it is damaged or faulty, please call us or email us. Please do this as soon as possible within 7 days of the receipt of the item. If you have problem with a product over 7 days after deliver,please contact us.
Will delivery fees be refunded if I return or exchange the product?
Delivery fees will not be refunded for any return or exchange of product.
How can I become a member?
If you successfully register through this website, you will automatically become a general member.
Is there an expiration period for VIP membership?
VIP membership will last for 12 months counting from the day of being upgraded to VIP membership. If the member makes further accumulated purchases of HK$20,000 within 12 months, the VIP membership will be prolonged for another 12 months. If within the VIP membership period, the accumulated amount of purchase is under HK$20,000, the membership will be downgraded to general membership.
Which payment methods are accepted for online purchase?
Recognised credit cards which We accept include Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay or any other credit cards We agree to accept from time to time. All payments are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
Fujitsu electronic whiteboard 5-year product warranty and after-sales service:
-Reply within 24 hours of the first year and one-on-one replacement.
-Reply within 24 hours from the 2nd year to the 5th year and on-site maintenance on the next working day as soon as possible.
-Product warranty and liability insurance (please see attachment)
2-year product warranty and after-sales service for enamel magnetic whiteboard:
-Reply within 24 hours in the first and second years and on-site maintenance on the next working day as soon as possible.
